where users have an array of recommendation algorithms to choose from, not just the one being shoved down their throat meant to enrage and clickbait them into driving more and more ad revenue for the platform
the only way build in this way is by combining existing technologies with blockchains and decentralized storage protocols which enable public data and open apis that cannot be closed or limited by anyone
