A few words about that song :
Working for the Palp Festival in Switzerland, I had to record "les sons du fromage" (the sounds of cheese) during a raclette party at my recording studio Roystone.
The idea was to sample every noises around the meal called "raclette" (burning a huge piece of cheese with a special heater), and then organize a contest for artists to create their own tracks around those samples.
As a jury I cannot participate, but this would have been my song.
Listen to the gas heater running, the cheese melting, the wine glasses and bottles, the onion jar, the pepper, the love and the life...
